One of My clients had a problems, every time they double click on the C, D or even E drive and it just tells them system error and are not able to access the Hard disk at all but they are able to retrieve with files once they are using word or excel files, they suspected that some of the PC had been infected by viruses and after scanning and found that there are nothing to be found. and even after setting the hidden files to be shows still no available, I did a manual check on their computer systems in the Dos Mode and I manage to find some of virus files acting as Hidden, Systems & Restricted files, once I found they We eliminated the files immediately and now everything is back to normal!
