Email Tracing found Culprit

One of My clients had a problems, one fine day after I sent a few emails out to my clients I got a return mail saying that the email was read by Mr. X feeling Strange as I actually sent the email to Ms A. how come I am getting a respond from Mr. X? So I inform the management about this matter because it seems like someone have been tapping onto their email and they ask how come Mr. X is tapping on to their email and they ask me how can we get proof to catch hold of Mr. X

After that have happen I actually sent a email to all the user in the company adding to it was a email tracer software and that software actually tells you the name of the registered owner of the computer, how many time the email have been click, how many time have the attachment have been open and many information, I actually got back replies from about 7 email addresses out of about 30 email address and the 7 belongs to the management and the Head of Department. and it shows that Mr. X have open and read the content on the emails. Immediately this matter was taken into the hands of the police. and Mr. X was found to be guilty and was arrested for breach of trust by the Singapore Police Force.
